Ranchi. A motivational session was organized on Monday at Ideal International School, Daladali, where Chicago-based motivational speaker From Chicago Fahad Sarfaraz Ahmed addressed students and parents. The event was attended by Dr. Sarfaraz Ahmed, Dr. Majid Alam (Chairman Ideal Group of Institution)Dr. Tanvir Alam, Dr. Sumbul Alam, along with several teachers and parents. Fahad said that a child’s true potential emerges only when they are allowed to try, explore and make mistakes.
He emphasized that mistakes are the first step toward learning, and parents should encourage their children with “yes” instead of constant “no.” He also introduced his motivational website “The-Ladder”, where students can upload their photo and dream job to visualize their future and understand the steps required to reach their goal.
Fahad informed that he will be conducting similar motivational sessions in various schools across Ranchi in the coming day
